What is QC KENTEI?

QC KENTEI (Quality Management and Quality Control Examination) is a measure for assessing knowledge of QM, QC and Kaizen, and is intended for people working or preparing to work in any organization.

QC KENTEI objectively evaluates how much knowledge you have about quality control by conducting written tests nationwide.

The first exam was held in 2005, and currently the exam is conducted twice a year (September and March). Since then, about 1.32 million people had attended the examination, and the total number of successful applicants has exceeded 643,000.

Most Japanese companies have quality control in place. In order to carry out this quality control, the awareness, ability and improvement ability of the people working there regarding quality control are important. In order to demonstrate this ability such as quality control ability and improvement ability, not only knowledge of quality control but also many factors such as individual leadership ability and motivation, organizational system to draw them out, etc. are involved. However, it is true that the most basic thing is knowledge about quality control.

In addition, the knowledge required for quality control differs depending on what kind of problem is to be solved. Therefore, at QC KENTEI, what kind of work is done in the company (what will be done in the future), what level of quality control and improvement are implemented in that work, and how much knowledge is required to manage and improve it. We set four grades to meet your requirements
